Before you write
- Never send us a recovery key, an access token or a password. We never need them, and a support request is the wrong place for them.
- We can’t see your messages, rooms or account, so the details you give us are all we have to work with.
- If the problem is with your homeserver, its administrator can help in ways we can’t. We’ll tell you when that’s the case.
