Website Privacy Policy

Effective Date: October 1, 2026

This Privacy Policy (this “Policy”) describes what Barium Labs, LLC (“Barium,” “we” or “us”) does with information when you visit www.barium.dev (this “Website”). For relevant policies for any of our products, please see the applicable product page.

1.Analytics

This Website uses privacy-preserving analytics to understand how many people visit it and which pages they read. The analytics software runs on infrastructure we operate ourselves, not a third-party analytics provider. In using this Website, your browser never contacts any third parties.

We do not use cookies or any other identifiers stored on your device. We do not fingerprint visitors to this Website, track you across other websites, or embed any third-party advertising, social widgets or other methods of tracking.

For each page view, the analytics record the page and referring page, your browser, operating system, screen size, language and approximate location (country, and sometimes region or city). Your IP address is used to estimate that location and is not stored.

We use analytics information only in the aggregate to understand traffic to this Website. We do not build individual visitor profiles, and we do not sell or share analytics information with anyone.

2.The Contact Form

If you use the contact form on this Website, it opens an email in your own mail app containing the name, email address and message you entered, along with anything you optionally add, such as the app version you are using. When you send that email, we receive it in our support mailbox. Nothing is sent to or stored by this Website. This Website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through it.

We use this information only to respond to you and the questions you ask. We do not add your email address to a mailing list or use it for marketing purposes. We keep support correspondence only as long as we need it to resolve your request, or as required by applicable law.

PLEASE DO NOT INCLUDE PASSWORDS, ACCOUNT INFORMATION, ACCESS TOKENS, RECOVERY KEYS, ENCRYPTION KEYS OR ANY OTHER CONFIDENTIAL OR SENSITIVE INFORMATION IN SUPPORT REQUESTS.

3.Server Logs

Like essentially all web servers, the infrastructure that serves this Website keeps short-lived technical logs (for example, the requesting IP address, browser type and the page requested) for security and operational purposes, such as detecting abuse. We do not use these logs to identify individual visitors, build profiles, or for any purpose beyond keeping this Website secure and working.

4.Where This Website Is Hosted

This Website is a static site served from infrastructure Barium operates directly, rather than a third-party hosting platform. We use a domain-name provider to resolve barium.dev and a certificate authority to issue this Website’s TLS certificate; neither receives your browsing activity on this Website.

5.Your Rights

If you believe we hold personal information about you as a result of contacting us or your use of this Website, you may ask us to: (i) tell you what information we have and (ii) to delete such information, in which case we will respond as required by applicable law. Our contact information is set forth below.

6.Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, including to reflect changes to this Website. The current version, with its date, is always available at this address.
